What is it you do?!

I was on a zoom chat and one of my friends said to me, “I loved your video! I had no idea what you were on about but it was great so I shared it!”

That stuck with me and I realised that if my friends don’t understand what I do, then people I’m trying to help might not get it either.

So here’s a no-jargon overview of what I do now.

I love adding value and I’d be best supporting your organisation with projects like these:

– training your managers, to help them become even better at leading people and teams and delivering the goals relating to your strategy.
– coaching your leaders and people, focusing on their strengths and using these to move forward in loads of ways and situations.
– embedding your company values, so you’d see, hear and feel that they’re real features of your organisation, not just words on the wall.
– facilitating off-sites, to help teams work better together, to facilitate change, to support boards, to act as an external host to add energy and activities to your events.
– redesigning your approach to performance and development, to give your company an approach that supports people to thrive in their roles and careers.
